Priya Nath had filed a petition in the Supreme Court for a transfer of the rent case outside Delhi. Shri Nathji advises Priya Nath on the transfer petition which is coming up for hearing on the coming Monday. Priya Nath had stated in the petition that the rent controller was biased against him and that, in the interests of justice it was necessary that the rent case be transferred outside Delhi. This transfer petition is the last hope in an otherwise lost case. The matter is listed before Justice Bhagwati, who had earlier passed the Stay Order in favour of Priya Nath.
