An X Ray of Shri Nathji’s right arm was taken at Ramsay Hospital at Naini Tal, and the doctors found ominous signs in the elbow joint, which they considered dangerous and requiring immediate attention.
They advised Shri Nathji to go to Lucknow for further treatment where medical aid would be better. An earlier X Ray taken at Lahore had shown the prognosis of tubercular arthritis. However, the doctors were not sure what the X Rays portended and advised investigation and treatment.
It was as if Shri Nathji had taken upon himself the illness of his dear devotee, Shri Devki Nandan Kasera, who had tuberculosis and was several times on the verge of death with the disease.
