Time passed by rapidly and Shri Nathji was already in the winter of 1951. The children’s schools had closed on the 20th of November 1951. Shri Nathji had gone to meet the Mother Superior at the close of the school. This was the last time that he would be going there. The children were leaving school as they had completed all the classes there.
Shri Nathji ruminated over the past school history of the children, even as he thought about their future.
Pran Nath and Priya Nath were admitted to Hampton Court in 1945 in Lower Kinder Garten, or Lower K.G. as it was called.  In the year 1946 they were in K.G. together. However in 1947 Priya Nath was ill and missed school, so only Pran Nath was promoted to Higher K.G. In  1948 while Pran Nath went to the First Standard, Priya Nath was in Higher K.G., one year behind. In 1949, while Pran Nath was in Standard II, Priya Nath was in Standard I. In 1950 Pran Nath was in Standard III while Priya Nath was in Standard II. And, finally, in 1951, while Pran Nath was in Standard IV, Priya Nath was in Standard III.
The time had come for the boys to say farewell to Hampton Court School where they had spent seven years together. The School gave education only up to Standard IV and since Pran Nath had completed that, he would have to join another school in Standard V. Even though Priya Nath could have stayed on at Hampton Court to complete his Standard IV, it was Shri Nathji’s wish that the boys study together in whichever new school was chosen.
No more would Shri Nathji and Mateshwari go down the slope from Jhoola Ghar to Hampton Court dutifully for the children’s admission every year. No more would the Mother Superior, St. Clare, be thrilled with Shri Nathji’s darshan and blessings. No more would the children of the school find God walking in their midst in the guise of a school parent. It was as if an important chapter had come to an end in Shri Nathji’s life.
As always, Shri Nathji never planned anything in advance. Everything would be determined at the start of the school session in March 1952, when Shri Nathji would look for the next school where the children would study for the coming years.
