There are times when Shri Nathji goes into a deep sleep even while sitting in his armchair in the bedroom. He calls the deep sleep a ‘Ghalbaa’. He often awakens from the deep sleep with a start, and sometimes a bewildered look on his face.He would say to Priya Nath on such occasions:“Priya Nath remains worried about these deep sleep ‘ghalbaas’ and wonders whether they are due to any inherent weakness or due to the heart or the kidneys or even the cancer he still fears. “Sapnaa aa rahaa thha!Priya Nath is always worried about these sleep starts which come to Shri Nathji most often when he falls asleep in a chair. He is more alarmed at them than Shri Nathji, who dismisses them as nothing.“Kaaisee tabeeyat haiAnd there is the ever-loving and ever- reassuring voice of Shri Nathji saying to Priya Nath:“Bahut achhee hai!Even as Shri Nathji turns on his right side and falls asleep.“Kaisee tabeeyat hai?”And Shri Nathji’s response:“Bahut acchee hai!This had led Shri Nathj to often say to his devotees in his sermons:“Priya Nathji“Priya Nathji stays awake in the nights counting my breaths!”The beds of Shri Nathji and Priya Nath are so positioned parallel to each other that whenever Shri Nathji turns on his right, his back is turned towards Priya Nath. This always fills Priya Nath with despair, as he cannot see Shri Nathji’s face.
