It was at Shri Nathji’s house at Dehra Dun that Maharaja Tukoji Rao Holkar of Indore came for Shri Nathji’s darshan in 1938. He removed his shoes at the gate of the house and walked barefooted along the driveway that led to Shri Nathji’s door. He had first met Shri Nathji at Mussoorie where he had listened to his sermons at the Picture Palace Theatre and had developed great faith in him.Shri Nathji said to him: “Are you worrying in a state that you can resolve or a state that you cannot resolve? If you can resolve it, then why worry about it! And if you cannot resolve it, then what good will worrying do!”“Yaani worry kaheen naheen raihti!Shri Nathji then added: “When you go before God you go as a beggar would go before a king. The crown on the head of an Emperor presses down upon him, but if he were to remove it and hold it upside down it would take the shape of a begging bowl!”
