Shri Nathji received news from Shri Bhutt in August 1952 that he was being transferred to Nagpur where he was to be appointed a Judge of the High Court! Despite the fact that he had been serving in the Ministry of Defence and had been cut off from Law, he was being offered a post that would have been offered only to the ablest of judges. It was nothing short of a miracle in the making.“High Court And Shri Nathji wrote back: “Baahar vohi ghoomaa kartaa hai jisne andar aanaa ho! Only he lingers on outside who has to come in!”“Maine to iss yug men sewaa hee ko moksh kaa saadhan samjhaa hai!Bhutt narrated how Shri Nathji’s divine power was with him even in the most difficult moments of his career as judge. There was the time when a death sentence had to be passed against an accused. Bhutt knew in his heart of hearts that, despite the evidence going against him, the man was innocent. There were two other judges on the same case. All three had to deliver their judgements the next morning. Bhutt prayed to Shri Nathji that if he was right and the accused was innocent then Shri Nathji should place the same thought into the minds of the other two judges on the bench. The next morning when the judgements of all the three judges were read out, it was found that all three of them had declared the man to be innocent and had acquitted him! Bhutt thanked Shri Nathji for listening to his prayers.
