Shri Nathji said: God created the Universe and then He hid himself behind this veil of Creation. Everywhere, there was the Universe, and God was nowhere to be found. But there came forth some realised souls–saints, sages and mahatmas–who took the veil off God and revealed His Real Self. By doing this, they violated His laws, which were intended for His concealment. And they were punished for the impertinence!
“Do you know what their punishment was? – Salvation! Yes, this was a punishment, because the souls who were set free of bondage never returned to the earth again–and thus they were deprived of witnessing the interplay of God in human form with the world.
