And he did so. It was an incredibly beautiful picture. When Julian Rust placed it in his showcase people stopped and stared at it. It was incredible that such beauty could have existed upon the earth. Many sought to buy the portrait from him but he would not sell it.
The portrait showed Shri Nathji with a book in his hand, sitting on a large, majestic, ebony chair, smiling in a benevolent way towards the beholder.
He was wearing a dark brown achkan and an orange turban. Rays of light fell upon his face from the heavens and lighted up a countenance already filled with the Glory of God.
The innocence and humility of Shri Nathji’s face at once gave the beholder a feeling that he was looking upon a Very Special Being in the world who existed only for the sake of others and not for his own self.
