The Kasera brothers had beseeched Shri Nathji to come to Malik Nagar, Sahibabad, which was in Ghaziabad and about twenty miles from New Delhi, and to stay there with Nand Kishore Kasera, the son of Devki Nandan.
Nand Kishore Kasera was an accountant in a Glass Factory at Malik Nagar. He had been given residential quarters with very primitive facilities, but which had enough rooms to accommodate Shri Nathji and his family. The place was in a village and there were fields all around. Shri Nathji came to stay there in December 1950.
While Shri Nathji was at the home of Nand Kishore, the manager of his factory, a certain Shri Goel came for Shri Nathji’s darshan and at once received the divine touch from Shri Nathji. He and his family also began to serve Shri Nathji.
People from Delhi would travel large distances to come for Shri Nathji’s darshan and blessings at Malik Nagar, Sahibabad.
There would be Shakuntala Mehra who would come alone in buses and then go back alone over the long distance. So great was her faith in Shri Nathji that she did not care for the cold weather or the distance or the time taken.
There was also Shri Charan Das who would travel all the way from Delhi to Malik Nagar on his bicycle. He had but one hand, and it was hazardous travelling on the main road, which was generally full of trucks and lorries especially in the evenings. But not caring for his safety, Shri Charan Das would make it a point to come for Shri Nathji’s darshan almost daily.
