Before Khanna met Shri Nathji he had led a purely materialistic life, throwing parties at his house for his friends. When Shri Nathji asked him why he was not entertaining his friends like before, he said:“Huzoor chandan pe makkhi naheen baithhti.Khanna would not care for the jibes of people who could not understand his conversion and said: “When I was a materialist I didn’t care for people, so why should I care for them now, when I am walking towards God!”
