Shri Nathji has begun his 90th ghazal book and is writing with great urgency, day and night. He has already written about 18,000 ghazals, which is more than any poet wrote in his lifetime. He had begun the ghazal writing in January 1981, and now it is July 1988.“We can send this book to the Nobel Prize Committee ourselves. It definitely deserves the Nobel Prize as R.R. Khanna used to say.”Part of Shri Nathji’s appetite returns and he eats ‘“Nathji! Save me!”And, much to her surprise, she saw an Ambassador car come up the slope in answer to her prayers. The driver of the car brought her home, and even before she could say a word of thanks, he disappeared. She never saw the man again! It was Shri Nathji, of a certainty, come in the form of the driver along with a car.
