As May 1989 draws to a close, Shri Nathji walks fifty rounds in the lawn outside the house in the evening to convince Priya Nath that he is well. Shri Nathji cannot bear to see Priya Nath suffer in any way whatsoever. Even if Priya Nath coughs, Shri Nathji is deeply worried about his health.“Jab tak vishva men ek praani ko bhee meri zaroorat hai main naheen jaaoongaa iss duniya se!“For as long as even one living being has a need for me, I shall not leave this world!”At one point Shri Nathji says with great loudness:“MERE PAAS ZAROOR KUCHH HOGAA JO MAIN OONCHI OONCHI AAVAAZ MEN LALKAAR KAR KAIH RAHAA HOON KE BHAGWAN YAHAAN HAIN!”“I MUST CERTAINLY HAVE SOMETHING WITH ME, THAT MAKES ME SAY IN A LOUD VOICE THAT GOD IS HERE!”Shri Nathji brings a happy note into the gloomy atmosphere at the end of May 1989, by praising Priya Nath’s piano playing and calling his piano “the king of all instruments.”Shri Nathji adds humorously:“Baaki saare baaje to usske saamne tun-tune lagte hain.“All other musical instruments sound like children’s toys as compared to the piano!”Priya Nath records the following ghazal on the piano:“Deede jaanaa se hai nikale gham tumhaare saamne,Baadaye ulfat se aaye ham tumhaare saamne“May the Beloved’s eyes make all sorrows vanish before Thee,
