Shri Nathji speaks to a certain Shri Jagdish Prasad, who is a scholar of Kabir’s works. Shri Nathji’s voice is loud and powerful and the man is totally overwhelmed.“Man aiso nirmal bhayo jaiso Ganga neer, “When the heart becomes as pure as the waters of the Ganges,Indeed this had been the theme of Shri Nathji’s poem, “Mujhe pakrro koyi” in which there was the voice of God calling out to man to seek him. And in the end there is the same voice of God saying:“Aate aate mujh talak main hee to tum ho jaaoge“Coming towards me, thou shalt become Me,Shri Nathji had explained this beautifully in the verses above. He had often said: “Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God!”Indeed, when the heart of man became pure he found God within himself, or, put more poetically, as in the verse of Kabir– man found God come running after him.
