Shri Nathji is busy writing ghazals again, lying in bed, and later continues his spiritual discourse to Mangla, making some very important pronouncements, and addressing the whole world:“There is opposition in the heart of man – but the worst type of opposition is towards God.“My lectures in Nagpur in 1973 took people beyond space and time to another world where only God Consciousness prevailed.“I have no motives in this world – except to give happiness to you.“A King went before God and admitted that he had sinned. A voice came that he be sent to hell for centuries. The King was content with the judgement and praised God for His Justice – and God was pleased and sent him to heaven instead!‘Don’t ask me the reason! – This is my MERCY – GRACE! ‘Hat pare ham to raihmat kaa bahaana dhoondte hain!’“Kushaada daste karam jab vo be-niyaaz kare,“When he opens His Hands and gives His Mercy as a gift,“Khudaa ke bande to hain hazaaron“Men of God roam the forests in the thousands,“Iss Brahm roop ko naa-paak cheezen kaise khilaayen!“How can this Godly Body be fed by the unclean?“A man’s heart is like a mirror. A mirror cannot be used if it is kept upside down or is unclean or shaking. So man must pray to God and say: ‘O Lord! Keep the mirror steady so that Thou canst see Thy Face in it!’There is Shri Nathji singing:“Iss jahaane gham men aakar ham naa royenge kabhi“In this world of sorrow never shall we come and weep!Priya Nath, fortunately, records it along with the speech Shri Nathji gave. Shri Nathji reads it from His notebook even as he sings it out loud:“Too rakkhe jis haal men uss men rahenge ham,“We shall remain content in whatever state Thou chooses for us,Shri Nathji drinks half-glasses of Campa-Cola every now and then to quench his thirst. Priya Nath carefully preserves the bottle cap opener of these sacred bottles opened for Shri Nathji.
