Priya Nath reads an article in the newspapers about the woes of the elderly and the sick, who sought release from their sufferings of old age, through death. “Priyaji, ye to aap hee thhe jinhonen mujhe burrhaape men samhaal liyaa! Aaj kal kaun poochtaa hai apne boorrhe maa baap ko. Larrke to kaihte hain, ‘Aapne to apni umar bhog lee ab hamen life enjoy karne den!’”“Priyaji, it was you who saved me in my old age. Nowadays no one cares for his old parents. They tell them, ‘You have lived out your lives, now let us enjoy ours!’”However, Priya Nath seldom thought of Shri Nathji as old. It was only when he counted the number of years, that it occurred to him that Shri Nathji was in fact approaching 90 years of age. Otherwise, Shri Nathji looked just like a child to him, and had all the vitality and fighting power of a warrior.
