Dr. Bawa arrives at 12:00 noon and discusses Shri Nathji’s problem – the mental toxicity, the inability to walk without a fast pulse. He says all kinds of worrisome things to Priya Nath, making him more and more afraid. And then Priya Nath makes the mistake of bringing the doctor into Shri Nathji’s bedroom. “He made Pitaji exhausted – to the point of becoming unconscious, by asking Him to breathe again and again while he checked Shri Nathji’s back with his stupid stethoscope. He scared us by talking of a possible congestive heart failure when Pitaji walked – and he wanted to examine Pitaji as He walked. Pitaji almost agreed for a brief moment but I refrained from allowing this.”After the doctor had left, Shri Nathji was very angry. I could have collapsed from the strain. I could have become unconscious.”Priya Nath, who had been watching the doctor ask Shri Nathji to breathe deeper and deeper again and again, was stunned at Shri Nathji’s revelation.
