Shri Nathji had made an exact medical calculation. The output was 700 cc. And Shri Nathji added the invisible loss due to breathing and perspiration as 500 cc, which was the figure written in all medical texts. He thus came to the conclusion that the total loss of water from the body would be 700 + 500 = 1200 cc. And if he had taken only 1100 cc, of water this would mean that he had lost 100 cc more than he had taken i.e. he had taken 1100 and had lost 1200, which meant that he had lost 100 cc extra from the body, and, therefore, the weight of the body had to be down by 100 cc i.e. 100 grams, –which was about 0.1 Kg. And that was exactly what happened!
