It is Janamashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna, and the devotees from Nangal, Shri G.K. Swami and his wife Raj, and C.L. Khosla and others arrive to worship Shri Nathji in the form of Lord Krishna. They come to perform their poojan. “On the one hand you worship Him as Lord Krishna, and on the other hand you run away when called upon to make even the smallest of sacrifices, is that not hypocrisy of the worst sort? You are making a joke of Lord Krishna as well as Shri Nathji by such a weak devotion!”Shri Nathji watches Priya Nath admonishing the devotees with reservations, but it is in fact Shri Nathji himself in the form of Priya Nath who is putting the devotees on the right path.
