There was an Englishman, a certain Victor Porter, who became greatly devoted to Shri Nathji. You are absolute sincerity, he would say to Shri Nathji, People from your country come here– swamis, yogis, and rishis – and they try to impress us. There is so much that is artificial in them. They appear to be motivated. Fame and followers are what they so obviously want! You want nothing from anyone; you do not pretend to be anything–anything at all. Your humility is striking. It is as if you were Truth personified, which can stand alone all by itself, and which desires no confirmation from anyone else. No one can convey spirituality as you do, in such simple beautiful words and examples. And what is more, a great spiritual feeling accompanies your words. They are words of power. One feels at peace just being near you.
