Amongst those who visited Shri Nathji regularly at Kirti Nagar was the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Bahl. The two had become greatly attached to Shri Nathji.
As Shri Nathji used to say: For them, there is the picture of only one God. I have always felt they are wholly mine!
Mr. G.K. Bahl who lived close by in West Patel Nagar would come for Shri Nathji’s darshan every morning and prostrate before him. He would burst out into tears involuntarily as if his very heart and soul had been moved.
Mr. Bahl had an obnoxious tenant on the first floor of his house who had refused to quit despite a threatened litigation. Mr. Bahl wrote a letter to Shri Nathji in desperation.
He was surprised when his tenant came to him in a few days time, his heart completely changed. He quit the house voluntarily much to the astonishment of the Bahl family. It was Shri Nathji’s divine power that had gone out and changed the heart of the man. Shri Nathji had often said: “My quarrel is not with the evil-doers, but with evil. Root out evil and there will be no evil-doers left.”
