Ultimately, Shri Nathji decided that they would go to Malik Nagar at Sahibabad to the house of Nand Kishore Kasera. Shri Nathji had not even sent him a letter to let him know that he was coming to his home. It was Shri Nathji’s method to arrive suddenly at people’s homes, unannounced. In this way he gave them greater happiness than otherwise, because of the element of surprise. And also because he wished to show to them that a person only arrived unannounced at a place, which he considered to be his home!
Nand Kishore on his part had sent a letter to Shri Nathji dated December 31, 1955, in which he had wished Shri Nathji a Happy New Year. The letter went to Mussoorie and was re-directed back to Nand Kishore.
Even before the letter could come back to Nand Kishore, Shri Nathji had already arrived in his home in his Ford Car, as if in answer to his letter.
