As already stated, Shri R.R. Khanna would often throw parties in which he would invite people of different faiths. He would print cards that said: An at home to meet Shri Nathji.
Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Parsees, Buddhists, all would be invited in turns. Khanna would painstakingly make notes of Shri Nathji’s sermons and later get their synopses printed in pamphlet form. These pamphlets gave great solace to people in their lives, for which they were ever grateful to Khanna. The most important amongst them were: The Secret of Success and What do we need and how can we get it.
There was the time when a Nawab came for Shri Nathji’s darshan in Lucknow on an occasion when Shri Nathji was meeting the Muslim elite of the city.
Aapne barri takleef kee, Shri Nathji said to the Nawab, you took a lot of trouble in coming here!
Justice Raza, who was also present, immediately interposed:
Hazrat, he did not take any trouble in coming to you! Inke liye to saa-aadat hai jo ek ek kadam aapki taraf chal ke aaye hain! Each and every step that he took in coming to you is his good fortune!
Justice Raza was a prominent judge of the Chief Court at Lucknow who had a deep faith in Shri Nathji and frequently came for his blessings.
