And then there was a certain Mr. Bhambri, who saw Shri Nathji in the form of Lord Rama and prostrated before him. This vision remained before him for days on end.
Your face, he would say to Shri Nathji, is the very face of Lord Rama! As I passed by your house, I saw you standing as Lord Rama, but there was no dhanusha-bow in your hands!”
And Shri Nathji said: “Uski ab zaroorat naheen thhee! There was no need for it now!”
Shri Nathji had often said: “My war is not with the evil-doers but with evil. Destroy evil and there will be no evil-doer left!”
“If you destroy an evil-doer, as the past avatars had done, evil will rear its head again. Lord Rama killed Ravana but today there is a Ravana in every heart!”
“If you cut of a hand because it has committed theft you will also be depriving the person of a chance to do good with that hand!”
