The boys were overjoyed at the news. They wished to travel all the way to Bombay by car. Although it was a risky journey fraught with many dangers, not the least of which was the dacoit-infested terrain of the Chambal Valley through which the route to Bombay lay, Shri Nathji agreed to the wishes of the boys.
In later years, when the boys had grown up they realised what great sacrifices Shri Nathji and Mateshwari had made for their sakes, not denying them even the smallest or the wildest of their wishes, while placing themselves in great discomfort and jeopardy.
No other parents in the world would have sacrificed as much for their children.
