Indeed, Priya Nath had exhorted the devotees who had deprived their children of faith in Shri Nathji to do so. They were doing a great injustice to their children if they were keeping them away from the path of devotion. Priya Nath said to such devotees:“The parents of a child want success and happiness for their children. Why then do they deprive them of the blessings of Shri Nathji – which will bring them unprecedented success not only in this life but also in the life to come?Priya Nath also cautioned the children of the devotees as well as the devotees themselves:“If the people of the world run after wealth and material possessions, and the Nath bhaktas also make these their goal in life – then what will be the difference between worldly man and the devotees? There was Shri Nathji’s Persian Verse:“Gadaaye kooye turaa maile baadshaahi nest“The beggar of Thy Door desires not to be a KingThere was also the verse Shri Nathji had written about Shri Babaji Bhagwan in ““Hoor par aankh naa daale kabhi shaidaa teraa“He shall not cast his eyes on a fairy, this lover of ThineIndeed it was a miracle in this modern day and age, where the people of the world were running after the material pleasures of the world, to see young men and women, and young children endowed with such great faith in Shri Nathji and Priya Nath–which became the greatest wealth for them.
